Vince Pressly:

My career in the mortgage industry began in 1994.  Over this time, I have worked for a bank, started my own mortgage company, originated more than 1000 loans, managed multiple loan officers, and overseen three different processors.  In 1998 I started Miami Valley Mortgage, Inc. in Huber Heights, Ohio.  In 2005, I moved my main office from Huber Heights to Greenville.   As the market changed, I took my originators and processor and joined Midwest Residential Lending in Tipp City.

Now I am happy to be back as a Loan Officer in the Big Hill family with Garden Mortgage Company.  My focus is now back where it started.  I love working with, educating, and assisting home buyers purchasing their dream home.
